Schedule Consultations
The calendar shows all your appointments in one place, giving you a clear view of your day, week, or month. You can quickly add new bookings by dragging on the calendar, or by clicking the calendar icon from the top right. Patient details and appointment information can be added easily, helping you keep your schedule organized and reduce errors.
How It Works?
- Click on the Calendar icon from the left menu to see all appointments
- Drag on the calendar to create a new appointment, or click the calendar icon from the top right
- Add patient details (new or existing)
- Enter appointment date, time, and type (in-clinic or online)
- Confirm and book the consultation
Video Consultations
Conduct secure online consultations without needing any extra tools. You can review patient records, discuss symptoms, and provide care—all in one session. This feature ensures that patients get timely attention while you maintain complete records of the consultation.
How It Works?
- Select Consultations from the left menu and navigate to the list.
- Select the upcoming session and click on Join Video Call to start the session
- Access patient records and notes during the call
- Add prescription and other patient details on call.
- End the call and automatically save all details
In-Person Consultations

- Search for upcoming appointments and check the patient in as they arrive

- Search for a patient by name or ID
- View or update history, medications, allergies, and lab results

E-Prescriptions
Create and share prescriptions instantly without paperwork. As you add medicines during a consultation, the system auto-generates a complete prescription with dosage and instructions. Once your digital signature is uploaded, it’s automatically applied, making every prescription valid and professional. Patients receive the e-prescription directly on their app and portal, and pill reminders are also set based on the medicines prescribed — ensuring better compliance.

How It Works?
- Select the profile icon from top right and navigate to My Account
- Add your qualifications, specializations, and experience
- Upload a profile picture for easy recognition

How It Works?
- Select the profile icon from top right and navigate to My Account
- Select Slots and set up your availability
- Select your working days and set consultation timings
- Block off specific dates or holidays when you are unavailable
- Update timings anytime in case of changes
- Patients will only see available slots while booking
